How to use a high viscosity rotor pump correctly?

High viscosity rotary pump is a new type of displacement pump developed according to the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, coatings, fats, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food. Due to the selection of different materials and structures, this product is widely used for conveying media with different properties and viscosities. If a high viscosity rotor pump accidentally experiences insufficient or interrupted flushing fluid, the one-way valve will automatically close, and the friction ring will bear the load of the fluid at the medium end, thereby cutting off the sealed medium from entering the sealing chamber, thus providing protection for the seal.
1. The high viscosity rotor pump should use the specified voltage, and the circuit voltage should not exceed one tenth of the positive or negative voltage specified on the nameplate of the pumping pump before use.
2. Connect the electric motor to the high viscosity rotor pump after unpacking. And then connect the motor to integrate the pump body with the motor, and connect the water outlet pipe.
3. Before using the high viscosity rotor pump, check that all components are in good condition before starting up for use.
4. High viscosity rotor pumps are not suitable for idle operation. When in use, stop the pump immediately after the suction is completed. Otherwise, it will accelerate the wear of impeller seals, bearings, etc., and may also wear out the pump pipes.
5. Replace the brushes of the high viscosity rotor pump in a timely manner when the brushes are worn out to the point where they will no longer be usable. It is necessary to replace it in a timely manner (replacing two brushes at the same time), otherwise it will cause poor contact between the brushes and the commutator, damage the commutator, and in severe cases, burn out the armature.
6. High viscosity rotor pumps should not be used under the following conditions. If insulation damage, cracked or poor contact of plugs and sockets, broken power cord or cable sheaths, intermittent operation, sparks, and other faults are found during use, the motor casing should be repaired immediately and should not be used before repair.
7. High viscosity rotor pumps prevent overloading. When in use, any abnormal or reduced speed may occur. Stop the machine immediately to check if there are any debris stuck on the impeller or if the motor is malfunctioning. When the pumping pump brakes due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to immediately cut off the power supply.
8. High viscosity rotor pump tools should be taken care of. All painting pumps should be handled with care to avoid impact.
