All parts in contact with materials can be made of stainless steel materials that meet the material characteristics. The characteristics of hygiene, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, less maintenance, and high pressure all demonstrate its strong applicability. Due to the unique working principle of rotor pumps, they have obvious advantages in conveying high viscosity and volatile materials.
The rotary pump has good conveying characteristics and will not damage the physical properties of some sensitive substances. Therefore, for people, conveying difficult to flow media such as paste or sensitive substances such as yeast and yogurt is a better choice.
Rotary pumps can be used to transport high viscosity media such as water or rubber based fluids, corrosive chemical raw materials, food and medical products with strict hygiene requirements. They are truly universal pumps. When installing a new pump, please install a filter before the pump inlet, with a mesh size of 60-120. The effective area of the filter should be greater than twice the pump diameter to avoid fluid blockage.
