Disassembly of cam rotor pump:

When disassembling the cam rotor pump, the first step is to carefully read the manual or consult the staff to understand the internal structure, disassembly steps, process flow, and operation situation. Be careful when disassembling the cam rotor pump to prevent damage to equipment components.

Upon careful inspection of the dismantled cam rotor pump, it was found that there were cracks in the rotor and the taper of the shaft neck was qualified. There should be no scratches on the surface, the maximum allowable roughness Ra is 1.6 μ m, and whether there is any wear on the internal components.

The cam rotor pump should be repaired and severely worn parts should be replaced. The parts that need to be repaired should be corrected to comply with the specifications.

Cam rotor pump debugging

The water pressure test of the cam rotor pump is 1.5 times the working pressure, and it should be maintained for 30 minutes without leakage. Test run time, no leakage, normal operating sound, no abnormal oscillation, and outlet pressure meeting the requirements are considered qualified.

After the cam rotor pump operates normally, it is important to carefully observe the motor's load-bearing condition. If the motor does not generate heat and lasts for 30 minutes, it is normal for the rotor pump to operate normally.
