The metal cam pump is basically maintenance free, with a simple cleaning process and no dead corners. Working principle:
The cam rotor pump relies on two synchronous counter rotating rotors to generate suction (vacuum degree) at the inlet during the rotation process, which sucks in the material to be transported. The two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of ABCD. When it reaches position A, only chamber I is filled with medium. When it reaches position B. When a specific position C of the medium is closed in chamber B, chamber A also closes a part of the medium. When reaching position D. A. Room B is connected to Room II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port.
