Rubber rotor pumps have strong self suction performance, especially suitable for suction of sewage, sludge, sea oil pollution, cleaning of warehouses, loading and unloading of oil products, and other work. It can transport mixed materials of gas, liquid, and solid, as well as unstable gas-liquid media and severe gasification media. The outer rubber part of the rotor, as an elastic body, can maintain a small gap with the metal parts inside the pump chamber, improving the volumetric efficiency and self suction capacity of the pump.
Daily maintenance:
Regarding any mechanical equipment, the quality of normal protection and maintenance work is not only reflected in whether the production is normal, but more importantly, it directly affects the use and order of the mechanical equipment. As for pumps, of course, there is no exception. Therefore, pay attention to the following aspects of protection and maintenance work.
1. Seals and pump seals are divided into static seal and dynamic seal. The sealing ring of the support static seal should be careful not to have scratches or scratches on the surface, otherwise it will directly affect the sealing effect; Regarding the sealing of moving parts, due to the influence of various factors such as pressure and corrosion of the transport medium, as well as particle wear in the medium, if one is not careful, there is a high possibility of leakage. Once the product leaks, it should be stopped for maintenance in a timely manner, wiped clean with a soft and clean cotton cloth, coated with a layer of glycerin, and assembled by hand before starting up for use. If there is no hope of correction, new parts should be replaced.
2. Smooth parts, it is necessary to adhere to excellent smooth conditions for the transmission gears and rolling bearings of this pump. Usually, pay attention to the unevenness of the oil level in the gears, provide smooth oil that meets the requirements, and ensure that the oil quality is pure, clean, and regularly (every six months or a year) replaced with new oil.
3. Electrical systems are prohibited from storing instruments, substances, or gases with damaged insulation around electrical equipment. It is necessary to insist on operating electrical equipment in a dry environment together. If it is difficult to avoid, moisture-proof facilities should be added.
4. During the daily maintenance of rubber rotor pumps, corresponding cleaning agents will be selected based on the nature of the transported materials, and the pump will be effectively cleaned. Finally, it must be cleaned with clean water to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the pump.
