A rotary pump is a type of pump with medium pressure single acting quantitative blades. The pipe threads on both sides of the rotary pump body are connected to the oil pipe, which are the inlet and outlet ports. A crescent shaped cavity is formed between the pump body and the rotor due to eccentricity. When the motor rotates through the belt wheel driven shaft, the blades in the rotor groove are tightly attached to the pump body wall of the rotor pump due to centrifugal force. When the blades start to turn from the tip of the crescent shaped cavity to the middle, the space between the two adjacent blades and the pump body gradually increases, completing the oil suction process. After crossing the midpoint, the space of the rotor pump gradually decreases from large to small, completing the oil pressure process. The pressure oil is pressed out from the outlet at the other tip of the crescent shape. The right end of the rotor pump cover is equipped with a packing, which is compressed by the packing cover and the gland nut to prevent oil from seeping out along the shaft, playing a sealing role. The rotor pump body is equipped with a lining, which is easy to replace after wear.

Although the high viscosity rotor pump adhesive coating process is relatively simple, the actual construction requirements are quite strict. Only by selecting a good adhesive can high adhesive strength be achieved. It is necessary to choose a suitable adhesive, strictly follow the correct process method for adhesive coating, and strictly follow the correct process method to achieve satisfactory adhesive coating effect. In recent years, surface adhesion coating technology has been widely applied in equipment maintenance in China, suitable for repairing parts and equipment of various materials. Its working principle is to directly apply adhesive with special fillers such as molybdenum disulfide, metal powder, ceramic powder, and fiber to the surface of materials or parts, making it have wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and other functions. It is mainly used for surface strengthening and repair. Its process is simple, convenient, flexible, safe and reliable, and does not require special equipment. Only the prepared adhesive needs to be applied to the cleaned surface of the parts, and after curing, it can be repaired. It is often operated at room temperature, and will not cause thermal equivalent effects and deformation of the parts.

High viscosity rotor pumps should be stored in a dry, clean, and corrosion-free environment during daily use. Electric oil pumps should be stored and replaced with the same parts. When disassembling and inspecting high viscosity rotor pumps, each part should be well preserved, and special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts to prevent damage, including insulation pads and sleeves. If there is any damage, it must be replaced with new and identical parts. Substitute materials with lower performance than the raw materials or parts that do not meet the original specifications must not be used. During assembly, all parts should be installed in their original positions without omission.
