Product Overview:

Qinping rubber rotor pump is a non-contact volumetric pump with advantages such as low speed, strong self suction, high efficiency, wear resistance, and forward and reverse rotation. It is particularly suitable for conveying high viscosity, high solid content, and particulate media. The mixture of pig manure, cow manure, and sewage is mainly made of fiber, which has strong breathability and is difficult to transport with ordinary pumps. We have changed the original 3-blade rotor to a 2-blade spiral rotor, which has strong self suction force, stable use, and longer pump service life. Compared to manual transportation, the overall cost has also significantly decreased.

Advantages Overview:
The Qin Ping rotor pump series is complete and accurately matches customer needs.
A regular and spacious entrance allows viscous or solid particle containing media to pass smoothly. The medium runs for a short distance within the pump body, causing minimal shear and pulsation of the medium, resulting in smooth transportation. Even if it contains fibers or strip-shaped objects, blockage will not occur.
Provide full lining protection on all four sides inside the pump, with only the pump casing, rotor, shaft seal in contact with the conveying medium. The other parts of the pump (including the shaft) are completely out of contact with the medium, and any wear and tear can be repaired by replacing the lining plate.
Compact structure, small space occupation, and multiple installation methods can be used in limited site conditions.
The quick opening design of the pump cover and the single-sided bearing support design of the rotor enable online maintenance of the pump (i.e., replacement of accessories and maintenance do not require disassembly of the pump or pipeline).

→ Sewage treatment plant sludge, residual sludge, reflux sludge, sludge feed, papermaking sludge, fecal wastewater, water oil mixture.

Comparison between Qinping rotor pump and gear pump:
1. Good airtightness, strong self suction ability, with a self suction height of 9 meters and a maximum working pressure difference of 1.2 Mpa.
2. The spiral cam rotor body covered with elastic rubber has high efficiency, corrosion resistance, low pulsation, forward and reverse rotation, and can rotate dry (idle).
3. Transporting high viscosity and solid particle containing media, it is non clogging, has good performance, and the particle throughput can reach up to 85MM.
4. The rotor cavity and rotor profile curve are relatively smooth, with large space, no dead corners, and easy to clean.
5. A cam pump is a low shear rotor pump that acts gently on the fluid medium without rigid shear compression. For fluids containing corrosive particles, only the lining plates around the pump need to be replaced.

The rotor of the Qin Ping mechanical rotor pump perfectly seals and isolates the inlet and outlet, and the pump's suction head can reach 9.0 meters. The material of the rotor can be selected based on the characteristics of the medium being transported. We have a variety of rotor material options, including wear-resistant elastomers, hard steel, stainless steel, etc.

Firstly, the gear pump cannot run dry, secondly, its self suction capacity is poor, and the efficiency of the gear pump is relatively low. To generate a self suction gear pump, it is necessary to increase the speed and motor power, which results in severe wear and a relatively short service life.

1. Efficiency
Rotary pump: very high efficiency, 0.6-0.85
Gear pump: Gear pump works by rotating two gears in mesh with each other. At the optimal working point, the efficiency is higher. In actual operation, the efficiency is 40-50% lower than that of rotor pump. As the gear pump wears out, the efficiency gradually decreases very quickly, which can be felt from the noise generated during the operation of the gear pump.

2. Particle size
Rotary pump: There is no blockage problem in the wide overflow chamber
