operational principle
The Qin Ping mechanical rotor cam pump is a self-priming, valve free, forward displacement pump. Through two parallel shafts driven by synchronous gears, the air at the inlet is discharged to form a vacuum and the medium is sucked in, continuously pushing the medium in the operating chamber to the outlet end. The direction of pump delivery can be reversed by changing the rotation direction, thereby achieving the goal of bidirectional delivery of a pump.

Space occupancy

Pump casing
The pump casing is cast as a whole with minimal error. The materials include cast iron and stainless steel. There are replaceable protective lining plates on both the front, back, left, and right sides to reduce accessory costs. The surface of the lining plate can be hardened to increase its wear resistance.

Online maintenance
The single-sided shaft support design of the Qin Ping mechanical rotor pump allows the pump's overflow chamber to open quickly. The rotor and other accessories can be replaced within a few minutes without the need to disassemble the pump or move the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump. Lowered the maintenance cost to the minimum, the maintenance is simple and time-consuming.

Firstly, the gear pump cannot run dry, secondly, its self suction capacity is poor, and the efficiency of the gear pump is relatively low. To generate a self suction gear pump, it is necessary to increase the speed and motor power, which results in severe wear and a relatively short service life.

1. Efficiency
Rotary pump: very high efficiency, 0.6-0.85
Gear pump: Gear pump works by rotating two gears in mesh with each other. At the optimal working point, the efficiency is higher. In actual operation, the efficiency is 40-50% lower than that of rotor pump. As the gear pump wears out, the efficiency gradually decreases very quickly, which can be felt from the noise generated during the operation of the gear pump.

2. Particle size
Rotary pump: There is no blockage problem in the wide overflow chamber
Gear pump: Gear pump is mainly used to transport some non corrosive media that do not contain solid particles and fibers. It is unable to cope with some impurities that may be inhaled during the wire sweeping process.

Rotary pump: It has a good self suction capacity of 9.5m and can allow for a certain period of dry running.
Gear pump: The suction head of a gear pump generally cannot exceed 3 meters, otherwise it is prone to problems such as cavitation and cavitation, and the gear pump cannot run idle.

4. Accessories and maintenance
