Qin Ping Machinery's rotary cam rotor pump is a self-priming, valve free, forward displacement pump. By running two parallel shafts relative to each other under the drive of synchronous gears, the inlet air is discharged to form a vacuum and the medium is sucked in, continuously pushing the medium in the operating chamber to the outlet end. The direction of pump delivery can be reversed by changing the rotation direction, thereby achieving the goal of bidirectional delivery of a pump.
The high-precision CNC machining of the cam rotor of Qinping Machinery has extremely small errors. The rotor of the rotor pump perfectly seals and isolates the inlet and outlet, and the pump's suction head can reach 9 meters. The material of the rotor can be selected according to the characteristics of the conveying medium. We have a variety of rotor options, including wear-resistant elastomers, hard steel, and stainless steel.
