In principle, rotor pumps can only be selected based on the working pressure and total flow rate. Under actual operating standards such as purchase orders, viscosity, temperature, pH, and solid composition, it is advisable to minimize operating beyond the limits specified in the working standards. When the viscosity of raw materials, total flow rate, and working pressure increase, it is easy to cause motor load. Therefore, air pressure gauges, valves, and overcurrent protection equipment are often checked.
Rotary pump. Before starting, a pump containing thermal insulation equipment should be used to heat up the boiling water, and then the pump should be started after the temperature rises to the entire transportation process. Before turning off the boiling water, you should first turn off the pump. Before starting the cooling circulating water sealing equipment, it should be opened first, followed by the pump, and the cooling circulating water should be regularly checked to see if everything is normal. Operating time without cooling circulating water.
Rotary pump. After installing a new pump, the filtration device should be cleaned and cleaned every month to prevent the pump from running normally. When transporting low viscosity substances, the pump should be stopped in the diluent pump before stopping to avoid residual condensation in the pump. If necessary, clean the low viscosity substances with cleaning solution according to the pump circulation system for 5-10 minutes.
Rotary pump. After refrigeration, the suspected substance thickens. After surgery, clean the inner wall with cleaning solution for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, replace the cleaning solution several times and increase the cleaning time. The newly installed pipeline should eliminate slag and hard particles in the pipeline to prevent them from entering the pump chamber, damaging the motor rotor, pump casing, main shaft bearing, machine seal, etc. Regularly maintain all connections and tighten screws. If there are any, tighten them immediately. Regularly check the gearbox oil level gauge. If the oil surface is visible from this, it must be filled with oil. Dripping oil should be half of the oil level gauge.
